Aiwell’s staff (shoutout to the sales team!) stayed patient and gave me some really solid advice on the silk-screen printing vs. embossing. The cases arrived well-packaged and a week earlier than expected. It’s rare to find a factory that actually listens to the small stuff. Definitely placing another order for our Christmas line.
